This is a personal space for the life I am living, the businesses I build, the ideas I cannot leave alone and the future I am trying to make real.
Why this exists
I am interested in people, place, enterprise and the moment a seemingly impossible idea becomes practical. Some of that work becomes a company. Some becomes software, a place, a campaign or a provocation. Cowran is one consequence of that life; it is not a substitute for it.

The open doorAbout this site
This site can be candid without exposing family, staff, clients, private correspondence or commercially sensitive work.
A home for writing and thinking that does not force every subject through the Cowran Group identity.
The companies can be explored as evidence of practice, while Simon remains the subject of this site.
Publication boundaryPublic professional and owner-directed personal themes only. Family, health, finance, private communications and confidential business material are excluded.
The intelligent front door
The interface can help visitors explore public work and thinking. It must never claim access to Simon's private life, private chats or protected knowledge.
